Middle School Teams
Our Middle school has once again joined the Independent Athletic League this year and will compete in sports against other schools from Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. There is a large commitment for these teams. We will try to practice daily as each season game schedule only lasts two months. The seasons that we are competing in will be the following:
Sept./Oct.- Coed Flag Football (Tryouts will take place on Monday August 22nd)
Sept.-Dec.- Girls Basketball (Tryouts will take place on Monday August 22nd)
Nov.-.Feb.-Boys Basketball-(Tryouts will take place the day after Flag football season ends)
See game schedule attached below!.
We will try and organize Intramural MS Leagues and some games for our Middle school students in the spring as well!
This year all teams will be free but there will be a $50 uniform fee and sponsorship opportunities are available.
We are asking all of our students to come and tryout for all the teams, we need every child support It is very important for a Prep school to field sport teams and we need you to represent your school- Hochberg Prep Lions!!!.

Physical Education.
In Physical Education classes, our students will learn many new skills this year. While we stress the importance of health and fitness, students will acquire and strengthen social skills through learning a different sport every few weeks. In order to make them comfortable, we ask the students to bring their uniform and athletic sneakers, an ice cold water bottle, sunscreen and a hat on days that they have PE. Your child will have PE on _______ and _________.
I look forward to a fun, fit and successful year with all of our Hochberg Prep Lions! Feel free to contact me at with any questions or concerns.
