Welcome to the Hochberg Prep Lions Athletic Page.

I started here three years ago as the Athletic Director and inherited a boys basketball team with 6 kids. We know have 3 leagues for K-4 in Basketball, Soccer and Flag Football as well as traveling JV ( Grades 3-5) and Middle School teams for both boys and girls in Basketball,Flag Football,Soccer and a girls MS Volleyball team. Last year we had over 150 Students receive sports awards at our end of the year banquet for participating in our Athletic programs.

In addition we have had guest speakers, Held a Miami Dolphin training camp on campus and met Heat players before we played at the American Airlines Arena.

I earned a BS in Athletic Administration from St Johns University, a Masters degree in Physical Education from Brooklyn College and have been pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. In the past I interned with the NBA directed JCC's and taught for 16 years in various Jewish Day Schools.

I believe in coaching every child to reach their fullest potential as an athlete and to value all the important physical and social skills that you learn from being on an athletic team.
